UWNTHESIS – Thank you for 1.5 million hits
Today, I noticed that the hits counter had gone well over 1.5 million views. As you may know, a blog is requested of University of South Wales students, to allow lecturers to monitor that all reading is at Thesis level. It’s probably fair to say that that no-one could have expected 1.5 million hits of an InfoSec blog.
Here’s some facts about this blog:
No-one could have expected that a Kali HashCat password hacking article would be the most searched for article.
No-one could have expected the VPN, OpenVPN and Obsproxy which gives us the ability to bypass surveillance, would be used by gamers, to bypass restrictions.
No-one could have expected the level of support that you’ve given me, or the level of input, which dramatically changed the direction of the thesis.
So a giant thank you to you all. You did this!!
